We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 February 2025, 19 March 2025 and 25 March 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 September 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 24 March 2026 for the implementation of the Private Placement. This is pursuant to the application submitted by UOBKH to Bursa Securities on 10 September 2025, to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
