The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 February 2025 and 19 March 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 March 2025, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 148,101,300 new ordinary shares in Leform to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

i. Leform and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement.

ii. Leform and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement.

iii. Leform to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Private Placement is completed.

iv. Leform to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act, 2016, in the event the current authority has expired.
