Pursuant to Rule 9.19(46) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Leform wishes to announce that Company had undertaken a revaluation exercise on certain land and building of the Company and its subsidiaries' ("Properties") ("Revaluation") ("Leform Group").
