We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2023 in relation to the Project.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 July 2024 received a letter from Nim Meng Group Co Ltd dated 23 July 2024, informing the Company that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Project which was initially expected to commence in August 2024 will be postponed to December 2025.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions in the Contract remain unchanged.
