VARIATIONS AND EXTENSION OF TIMEFRAME FOR THE UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS RAISED FROM THE INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Reference is made to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the Company's initial public offering ("IPO") as disclosed in the Company's Prospectus dated 26 October 2022.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors have deliberated and resolved to vary the utilisation of gross proceeds raised from its IPO ("IPO Proceeds") and to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining unutilised IPO Proceeds for an additional 7 months from the date of this announcement ("Variations and Extension").
