2. PROPOSED NEW SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR NEW RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-

 

1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and

2. Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

 

(Collectively referred to as the "Proposed Shareholders' Mandate")

 

A circular to shareholders containing the information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued in due course.
