Description LEFORM BERHAD ("LEFORM") - CHANGE OF SPONSOR

The Board of Directors of Leform wishes to announce that the Company and MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (“MIDF Investment”) had mutually agreed to discontinue MIDF Investment's role as the Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2024.

 

In replacement thereof, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the new Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2024.
